Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Client Acquisition Associate to drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through inbound queries and outbound outreach
• Conduct sales pitches and product demos for School & College ERP and automation solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and digital services

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines

Preferred

• Experience in IT / Software sales
• Jaipur-based candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
