We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen and manage relationships with our existing clients. The role focuses on maintaining regular communication, gathering feedback on current services, addressing client concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions such as SEO, CRM, HRM, and ERP services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction while driving additional revenue through strategic service promotion. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients. Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and satisfaction levels. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services tailored to client requirements. Promote and present company solutions such as SEO, CRM, HRM, ERP, and other digital services. Address client queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Gather feedback from clients to support continuous service improvement. Achieve targets related to client retention, upselling, and revenue growth. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Target-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Working knowledge of SEO, CRM, HRM, ERP solutions is preferred.
