Beauty Bazaar is a Premium Beauty & Cosmetics Store; who deals in wholesale & Retail both

Location: Crawford Market, Mumbai 400001

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from customers.
• Attend to retail and wholesale inquiries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them with correct product information.
• Share pricing, availability, and order details.
• Coordinate with the store team for order processing.
• Maintain basic records of inquiries and conversions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp coordination.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or cosmetics industry is a plus (not mandatory)
• Organized, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume of inquiries efficiently.

Salary Range:
