Job Description: Electrical Engineer Company: ElectriVa Location: Delhi, India Work Mode: Full-time, On-site Job Summary ElectriVa is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Electrical Engineer to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of our electrical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience, strong knowledge of electrical ecosystem, and proven team leadership capabilities. You will be the technical authority on-site, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Spearhead the complete lifecycle of electrical projects, from initial planning and design to final commissioning and handover. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Technical Design & Oversight: Design, review, and approve Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) . Oversee the detailed engineering of ACDBs, control wiring, and overall system wiring . DISCOM Liasoning: Serve as the primary technical interface with DISCOMs . Manage all aspects of regulatory approvals, load sanctioning, net metering, and compliance. Substation & Equipment Management: Lead the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical substations and associated equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and protection systems. Commissioning & Testing: Conduct and supervise comprehensive testing and commissioning activities to ensure system integrity, safety, and performance according to design specifications. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a site team of engineers, technicians, and contractors. Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma) in Electrical Engineering is required. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical project execution, preferably in the power, infrastructure, or EV charging sectors. Technical Knowledge: In-depth, practical knowledge of DISCOM regulations, procedures, and standards. Expert proficiency in reading, creating, and interpreting SLDs . Strong hands-on knowledge of ACDBs, control wiring, electrical equipment selection, and system integration . Demonstrable experience with the commissioning and testing of electrical substations . Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading a technical team on-site.
