CRE (Customer Relationship Executive)

As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at ElectriVa, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer support for EV charging services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and efficiently resolve issues. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate records in the CMS system and contributing to the development of customer relationship strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to EV charging services via phone, email, and chat channels. - Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, with a focus on technical support for EV charging stations. - Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, and monitor/report on performance metrics. - Analyze customer feedback to offer insights for improving customer satisfaction and service quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the EV charging or related technology sector, is advantageous. - Technical understanding of EV charging solutions is a plus.
