CRE (Customer Relationship Executive)

Job Overview:

The Customer Relationship Executive – Insurance will be responsible for handling all insurance-related activities at the dealership, including policy renewals, customer coordination, claim assistance, and upselling of insurance products. The role demands excellent communication, customer handling skills, and basic knowledge of motor insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for insurance renewals and ensure timely conversion.
• Provide insurance quotes from multiple insurers and help customers choose suitable options.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to process new policies and renewals.
• Handle claim assistance and documentation, ensuring end-to-end customer support.
• Upsell add-on covers and highlight value-added services during policy discussion.
• Maintain accurate records of policy issuance, renewals, and customer communications.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Insurance Manager.
• Meet monthly renewal and sales targets.

Key Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance policies and terminology
• Familiarity with insurance portals (like Turtlemint, PolicyBoss, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience in a dealership or general insurance agency is preferred
• Fluency in English and local language
