We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to manage coordination between astrologers, ritual teams, and clients. The role focuses on scheduling consultations, communicating remedies, and ensuring smooth execution of puja and remedy processes.

• Schedule consultation calls between astrologers and clients
• Inform clients about call duration, structure, and what to expect
• Communicate prescribed remedies between astrologer and client
• Enter remedies into the CRM and create carts and payment links
• Track payments and coordinate next steps
• Schedule remedies (puja / havan / sankalp) on advised dates
• Join calls where translation is required
• Translate between Hindi-speaking astrologers/priests and English-speaking clients
• Guide clients through the puja sankalp process when needed

• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools, calendars, spreadsheets, and payment links
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and calm

• Experience in astrology, spiritual services, wellness, or ritual coordination
• Client servicing or operations background
• Exposure to English-speaking or international clients

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
