Job Title: Business Development Executive - Nexus Spaces

Location: Jaipur

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

As Business Development Executive at Nexus Spaces, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that clients’ requirements are met by providing them with the most suitable space solutions. You will manage the entire sales process, from being first PoC to closing deals, while building strong relationships with prospective clients and building a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, such as entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses.
  • Qualifying leads based on their workspace requirements, location, budget, and timeline.
  • Categorizing leads by their level of interest and readiness to sign up.

2. Consultative Selling:

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand the lead’s business needs and goals. (Over the phone and in-person)
  • Providing tailored recommendations for coworking plans and services that best meet their needs.
  • Offering insights on how the coworking space can add value to their business.

3. Customization and Proposal Development:

  • Developing customized proposals that align with the lead’s specific requirements.
  • Offering various membership options, including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins and meeting rooms.
  • Providing clear and detailed pricing information.

4. Follow-Up and Relationship Management:

  • Maintaining regular communication with potential clients to keep them engaged.
  • Providing additional information or answering any follow-up questions.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with potential clients.

5. Closing and Onboarding:

  • Encouraging leads to sign up for membership
  • Liaising with the respective team for completing the necessary paperwork of the clients, assisting with the onboarding process.

6. CRM and Data Management:

  • Recording all interactions and updates in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Tracking lead status, preferences, and follow-up actions.
  • Using data to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Gathering feedback from leads and members to improve the sales process and offerings.

7. Collaboration with Teams:

  • Working with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinating with operations to ensure space availability and service quality.
  • Communicating with community managers to align on community engagement efforts.

8. Client Visits & Space Tours:

  • Facilitate client visits to CoKarma spaces when needed, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide in-person or virtual tours to showcase available spaces.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in coworking spaces, commercial real estate, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
