We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior BDE / Senior BDM to lead international sales and drive business growth in the IT services domain.
This role focuses on global client acquisition, key account management, and end-to-end sales ownership.
Candidates with strong experience in IT service-based sales and international markets will be the perfect fit.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🌎 Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in USA, Canada, North America, Europe, and other global regions.
🤝 Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding requirements and offering tailored IT solutions.
🔄 Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
📑 Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing structures, and sales performance reports.
🤝 Collaborate with technical, presales, and delivery teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
📈 Explore new markets, partnerships, and high-value strategic opportunities.
🔍 Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
📊 Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, and sales tracking through CRM tools.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
💼 4–10 years of experience in IT service-based business development.
🖥️ Solid experience selling IT services — web development, mobile apps, cloud services, enterprise solutions, AI/ML, etc.
🌐 Proven experience with international clients and deal closures via Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, or direct channels.
🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🎯 Strong ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
📌 Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead management, and sales reporting.
🧩 Ability to work independently and achieve monthly revenue targets.
👥 Experience in team coordination or leadership is a plus (for BDM level).
