Senior Business Development Executive/Manager

Ideal for someone who has deep understanding of IT services sales, international communication, and strong lead-generation expertise.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research on target industries, accounts, and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.
  
• Build high-quality prospect lists for outreach and campaigns.
  
• Run cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and appointment-setting activities.
  
• Schedule meetings/demos with CXOs, Directors, VPs, and Technical Managers globally.
  
• Support the BD Lead in opportunity nurturing, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
  
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.
  
• Contribute to strategy for expanding IT services sales pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8 years

  of experience in

  lead generation, inside sales, cold calling, or international B2B sales

  .

• Excellent English communication skills (must be very strong)

  spoken and written.
• Must have hands-on experience with

  international calling (US/Europe/Middle East)

  .
• Familiar with LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Mailshake, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, etc.
  
• Ability to deliver consistent monthly target achievements in meeting scheduling and lead quality.
  
• Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and technical terminology.
  

Preferred

• Experience working in IT consulting / IT services companies.
  
• Ability to conduct research and reach senior-level decision makers (CXO/VP/Director).
  
• Experience in building custom outreach strategies.
