About The Position

• Research and write well-structured, informative, and engaging technical content for blogs, articles, tutorials, user guides, case studies, and white papers.
• Break down complex technical topics into easy-to-understand content for a non-technical audience.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to create content that accurately represents the company's products and services.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets high-quality standards and is free from errors.
• Ensure content is SEO-optimized for better search engine rankings and higher visibility.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology, ensuring content remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Support content strategies by identifying topics, planning content calendars, and executing the content creation process.
• Contribute to social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to software development, IT, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and basic content optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and an eye for quality in both content and grammar.
• Enthusiasm for learning and writing about emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, MS Office, and online research platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML or Markdown is a plus but not mandatory.
