As a Technical Content Creator at TechGig, your role involves creating engaging blog posts and compelling video content to educate and entertain millions of tech professionals. You will be responsible for writing on various technical topics, producing vlogs, conducting interviews with industry experts, enhancing content with multimedia elements, optimizing for SEO, and engaging with the community. Key Responsibilities: - Blog Content Creation: Write clear, informative, and engaging blog posts on AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Software Development, and other emerging technologies. - Vlog Production: Conceptualize, script, and create engaging technical vlogs on trending tech topics, tutorials, and expert insights. - Content Planning: Maintain a content calendar for blogs and vlogs to ensure consistency and relevance. - Interviews & Expert Features: Conduct interviews with industry leaders and tech experts to create written and video content for the community. - Multimedia Integration: Enhance content with visuals, infographics, and video clips for better engagement. - SEO & Content Optimization: Optimize blog posts and vlogs for SEO to reach a larger audience. - Audience Engagement: Interact with the community on social media and through comments to foster tech discussions. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with editorial, social media, and events teams to align content with the overall strategy of TechGig. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or any tech-related field. - Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in creating technical content for tech audiences. A portfolio of previous work is highly desirable. - Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of tech topics like AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Development, and IT trends. - Excellent Writing & Communication Skills: Ability to write engaging and technically accurate content. Strong verbal communication skills for vlogging. - Video Production Skills: Experience with video scripting, shooting, and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. - SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices for written and video content. - Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Creativity & Innovation: Ability to create original content that appeals to a tech-savvy audience.
