And now, we’re looking for someone to help us grow ours.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 🛠️
• Identify, qualify, and connect with potential B2B clients
• Own the outbound sales motion — cold calling primarily
• Set up qualified meetings for the Client
• Test scripts, refine messaging, and consistently improve conversion
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates
• Report on weekly progress, wins, and learnings
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲.
This is 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲. That means:
❌ No inbound leads — you’ll be driving outreach from scratch
❌ No huge team or processes — it’s hands-on and fast-paced
❌ No fixed script — you’ll help build the playbook

𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 ✅
• Have 3–5 years of B2B sales or lead gen experience
• Are a cold calling pro — confident, persistent, and persuasive
• Have worked in night shifts and are comfortable with night hours
• Are fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills
• Know your way around outreach tools
• Are outcome-driven, proactive, and hungry to grow
• Are okay wearing multiple hats in an early-stage environment

• Worked at a lead gen agency or SaaS company
• Built outbound playbooks or experimented with new outreach strategies
