Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Noida / Ghaziabad On-site

Digital Doctor Clinic, powered by Obdu Group, is a healthcare innovation platform that bridges the gap between rural patients and advanced medical facilities through assisted teleconsultations, diagnostic services, and Obdu Pharmacy support. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate business development professionals to help us scale our national footprint.


Job Profile:


The Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role in driving growth, building partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across assigned territories. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, client acquisition, and relationship management to deliver measurable business results.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Business Expansion & Lead Generation

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for Digital Doctor Clinic and Obdu Pharmacy.

Develop and execute growth strategies to expand franchise and healthcare network presence.

Generate and qualify leads through online, field, and referral sources.


2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Engage potential clients (clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors) and present business models effectively.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Conduct regular follow-ups, presentations, and business meetings.


3. Franchise & Partner Development

Promote the FOCO franchise model and onboard new franchisees.

Support partners during setup, documentation, and operations.

Ensure partner satisfaction through regular support and communication.


4. Market Research & Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Provide strategic inputs for marketing and sales campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted outreach campaigns.


5. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.

Maintain accurate reports of leads, conversions, and revenue through CRM tools.

Present weekly updates to management with growth insights and recommendations.


Qualifications:


✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Healthcare / Pharma / Franchise / Service sector)

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✅ Ability to work independently and manage a small team
