Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective HR management. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, handling grievances, and maintaining compliance with all HR-related regulations. The role requires collaboration with various departments to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Miniumum 2 years experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong abilities in Employee Relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, BBA,BCA etc with an MBA degree or related field
