Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Lucknow. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and building relationships with potential hires. Additionally, the recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
