Senior Human Resources Recruiter

As a Recruiter at Sanmar Group, based at our corporate office in Chennai, your role will involve handling the end-to-end recruitment life cycle. This includes understanding job requirements, building relationships and networks with stakeholders, and utilizing job portals, social media, and headhunting for sourcing. Your responsibilities will also entail screening candidates according to business requirements, coordinating interviews, collecting documents, negotiating offers, initiating pre-medical checks and background verifications, maintaining good communication skills, being a team player, and quickly adapting to the work environment. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to process compliances and handle MIS reports. Qualifications required for this role include 3-8 years of experience in core recruitment, preferably from a Manufacturing background.
