We have an opportunity for Recruiter role based at our corporate office, Chennai Looking for candidates with 3 - 8 years of experience in core recruitment ( preferably from Manufacturing background) Qualification : MBA /MSW (Full time) Responsibilities: Handling end – to – end recruitment life cycle Understand the job requirements, building relationship/networks with stakeholders Utilize the job portals, social media , head hunting for sourcing Good experience in screening the candidates according to the business requirement Interview coordination, document collection, offer negotiation, pre medical & BGV initiation Good comm skills, team player and adapting to the work environment quickly Adhering to the process compliances Handling MIS reports.
