Role Description This is a full-time role for a Country Head, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Country Head will be responsible for overseeing all operations within India. Support a company to achieve No.1 in India, manage a team, increase business revenue and generate profitable business from the existing client base and new clients. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a company, supervise a small team to meet client expectations and deliver excellent service. Provide exceptional service to clients to increase client retention and ensure the general appearance of the company Desired Candidate Profile You must also have a solid background in Facility management, contract management, Team management, customer service, stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills. You’ll be working frequently with clients—that’s why you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. You’ll be expected to proactively make sure that the clients’ expectations are always met. You’ll also serve as the main point of contact for any facilities-related concerns. Should have experience in managing multiple clients across diverse industry verticals Background must be from Facility management/Property management Responsible for direct & cross-selling (BD) The ideal candidate can effectively resolve complex issues through quantitative methods and holistic approaches Job Description Leading daily FM/property operations Are you a seasoned facilities expert with solid leadership skills? Working with a team, you’ll manage the daily client activities for the assigned property or facility. Likewise, you will implement building procedures and performance measures and ease the path for compliance with these. You’ll also boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and developing better processes. On top of these, you’ll be at the helm of property safety by encouraging adherence to health and safety standards. Overseeing daily business operations of the FM/Property contract, including M&E, Soft services, and security Services, while leading operational review meetings for both back-office and on-site teams. New clients transition across India. Monitoring multiple clients across India Keeping an eye on contracts and the budget Responsible for ensuring the team delivers in alignment with the agreed scope of work &KPI’s Conduct regular meetings with key clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address any ongoing concerns. Vendor development, negotiation & management Review meetings of the overhaul team on daily basis, weekly, monthly, quarterly business review meetings. Responsible for submitting monthly reports to management, including Client's MIS, operation team review meetings, Business Development updates, etc. Clients’ relationship management, clients’ retention Establishing business goals & planning business strategies P&L -Business Development, developing business contacts, planning new business strategies, cross-selling, Business presentation, revenue generation, and new business acquisition across India Responsible for managing social media presence, participating in conferences & seminars, and ensuring the company’s reputation is maintained and enhanced Exp: Min 15 Years to 20 Years Salary Package: 18 lakhs to 30 lakhs per annum No. of positions: 1 Work location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore Qualification -Preferably Diploma/BE (In electrical) any Equivalent degree Skills: Good management skills, Leadership, problem-solving skills, presentation skills must, Facility management skills, Operational skills, Crisis management, Client relationships, Marketing skills, & Team management skills. Industry Background: Facility Management/Property Management ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, and team leadership. The Country Head will also be responsible for financial planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring all operations align with corporate goals and regulations. Qualifications Preferably Diploma/BE (In electrical) any Equivalent degree Leadership and Team Management skills Strategic Planning and Business Development skills Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Financial Planning, Compliance, and Reporting skills Experience in facility management or a related industry is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
