Designation: Senior Business Development Executive Location: Noida Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full Time About the Role We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in business development, client engagement, and sales support. The role involves a mix of lead generation, requirement gathering, business analysis, estimation, and client communication . You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and supporting seamless project handovers. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and industry platforms. Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives through structured discussions. Business Analysis: Assess client requirements and align them with organizational solutions. Estimation & Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals, estimations, and presentations. Client Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with clients throughout the business cycle. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat engagements. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update sales pipeline while providing regular insights on progress and opportunities. Requirements 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, client engagement, or pre-sales . Strong expertise in lead generation, requirement gathering, and business analysis . Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, or estimations . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations. Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
