About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in business development, client engagement, and sales support. The role involves a mix of lead generation, requirement gathering, business analysis, estimation, and client communication. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and supporting seamless project handovers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and industry platforms.
  • Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives through structured discussions.
  • Business Analysis: Assess client requirements and align them with organizational solutions.
  • Estimation & Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals, estimations, and presentations.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with clients throughout the business cycle.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat engagements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update sales pipeline while providing regular insights on progress and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, client engagement, or pre-sales.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, requirement gathering, and business analysis.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, or estimations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
