Role : Sr. Business Analyst (Min 6 yrs of exp) Work Mode : Hybrid Location : B'lore / Coimbatore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon Roles & Responsibilities: • The business analyst would work closely with our customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into clear development requirements. • Act as a liaison between clients and development teams • Facilitate seamless communications. • Lead the requirement gathering sessions, review functional designs and analyse the business needs. • Prepare and deliver comprehensive functional specifications based on thorough analysis of business requirements for bespoke client solutions. Functional Skills: • Candidate should be good at conducting workshops and interviews, analyzing business requirements and managing stakeholders. • Should be good at drafting Software Requirements Specification documents (FRS / BRDs) and writing user stories. • Should be good at product management, with the ability to contribute to product development roadmap and coordinate with presales team. • Should be able to present and articulate product features, benefits, and overall solutions • Good at identifying explicit and implicit features of a business requirement. • Should be able to quickly understand complex requirements, break them down and have attention to details • Should be able to manage scope, requirements, map features and set correct expectations & commitments for both the internal team and the client Must Have: • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent knowledge on CMS such as Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Drupal etc. • Experience with analytics or reporting platform • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an agile collaborative working environments (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and JIRA • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer data platforms and their role in enhancing customer experiences would be a plus • Familiarity with data modelling, data mapping, and database concepts would be a plus • Experience in DXPs (or at least WCMS) / eCommerce platforms. Experience on Sitecore / Acquia / Magento is preferred.
