Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team full-time in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and objectives.
Develop and maintain requirements documentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
Work closely with the development team to ensure effective implementation of requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness.
Define and manage solution scope to avoid scope creep.
Manage the backlog, prioritizing and refining tasks.
Ensure requirements quality throughout the project lifecycle, from idea to acceptance and maintenance.
Model requirements using applicable notation according to project needs and define information architecture for project documentation within the project.
Contribute to the solution roadmap definition and assess tasks of less experienced colleagues, providing constructive feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven ability to work with different groups of stakeholders and set up stakeholder management approaches.
Comprehensive experience in setting up Business Analysis processes and approaches (elicitation, decomposition, modeling, documentation, traceability, prioritization, and change management).
High proficiency in requirements documentation, its structure definition, and templates creation.
Solid experience in UML and BPMN modeling, with the ability to adjust modeling approach according to the project context.
Advanced knowledge of managing a solution roadmap and experience in its definition or contribution.
Expertise in product scope management and backlog management.
Solid knowledge of Business analysis techniques and best practices.
Experienced and flexible Agile practitioner focused on delivering value.
Fluent in English or at an upper-intermediate level.
Able to express ideas, thoughts, and questions simply, concisely, and in a structured way.
Accountable for own scope of work and follow the "said and done" principle.
Eager to learn and grow: curious, keen to constant self-development.
Proactive in efforts to deliver results according to expectations and suggest new ideas, looking for alternative solutions.
Capable of assessing tasks of less experienced colleagues and providing constructive feedback.
