Role Overview: As a Business Analyst focusing on Process Intelligence & Solution Design, your main responsibility will be to participate in process walkthroughs and discovery sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders. You will be documenting as-is and to-be process flows using standardized templates and tools. Additionally, you will support high-level solution feasibility discussions with architects and developers, translate business problems into structured requirements, and contribute to solution design documentation. Collaboration with both business and delivery teams is essential to ensure shared understanding. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in process walkthroughs and discovery sessions with SMEs and business stakeholders. - Document as-is and to-be process flows using standardized templates and tools. - Support high-level solution feasibility discussions with architects and developers. - Translate business problems into structured requirements and contribute to solution design documentation. - Collaborate closely with both business teams and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding. Qualification Required: - 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or transformation initiatives. - Strong working knowledge of Excel for structured data analysis and reporting. - Ability to perform data wrangling and derive insights from structured datasets. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams. Additional Company Details: The company values candidates with additional skills such as experience with process documentation tools like Visio or BPMN modelers, exposure to SQL or other querying techniques, familiarity with reporting and process improvement tools like Celonis, Power BI, etc. Exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, etc., and experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce would be considered a bonus.
