You will drive discovery conversations, translate business requirements into solution proposals, and ensure a seamless handoff between Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams. Your role will directly impact win rates, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction through value-based solutioning.
Collaborate with sales teams to conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with US/EMEA prospects and customers.
Uncover business challenges, user workflows, and technical constraints.
Research target accounts and industry trends to personalise solutions.
Create clear BRDs, Solution Decks, process maps, and data flow diagrams for stakeholder alignment.
Translate customer pain points into actionable solution blueprints and product configurations.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales Engineering, and Onboarding teams to build feasible, scalable solutions.
Draft and present persuasive solution proposals tailored to industry, geography, and account maturity.
Support RFP responses, capability overviews, and custom demos in coordination with regional sales teams.
Act as a trusted advisor in high-stakes discussions with US/EMEA client stakeholders.
Ensure precise documentation for seamless project transitions and delivery handovers.
Build and maintain a repository of reusable components, reference architectures, pitch decks, and use cases.
Gather post-sale feedback to refine solution positioning and identify product gaps.
Support the product roadmap by providing region-specific insights and customer intelligence.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Pre-sales Consulting, or Solution Design for SaaS or CPaaS platforms.
Experience working with North America/Europe-based stakeholders.
Strong command of solution selling principles, stakeholder management, and client communications.
Proven ability to articulate technical and business solutions to cross-functional audiences.
Proficiency in BRDs, FRDs, UML diagrams, user stories, and release documentation.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems is a plus.
Prior experience in messaging platforms, conversational AI, or communication APIs (Twilio, MessageBird, etc.)
Exposure to CPaaS, SaaS deployment models, and enterprise sales cycles.
Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) relevant to messaging.
