Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and monitoring deliverables.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare training materials/user guides.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (IT industry preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or similar tools.
Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of IT/software development projects.
Certification like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analyst.
