Location: Surat, Gujarat

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our educational courses and engaging with universities to onboard student interns. This role involves both in-office responsibilities and regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Futred Innovation’s training and certification courses to students and corporate clients.
  • Conduct field visits to colleges, universities, coaching centers, and businesses to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Visit universities to promote internship opportunities and onboard students as interns for various Futred Innovation programs.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions for ongoing student engagement.
  • Meet or exceed sales and onboarding targets through effective communication, follow-ups, and closing strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Futred Innovation’s offerings to align with student and market needs.
  • Prepare and present reports on outreach activities, lead conversions, and intern acquisition.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate lead and client data.
  • Represent Futred Innovation at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or campus engagement (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
  • Comfortable with regular local travel for field work.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to build relationships with academic institutions and students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
