Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through various sales channels.

You should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or lead generation, especially in IT services or digital marketing, will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and cold calling
  • Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch company services
  • Draft compelling business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams for client deliverables
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0.6 to 1 year of relevant experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, or web technologies (preferred)
