Job Title: Business Development Executive (Communications & Advertising)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth through innovative communications and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the communications and advertising space
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders- Understand client needs and pitch tailored advertising solutions- Collaborate with creative teams to develop pitches and proposals- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in advertising, communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of advertising channels (digital, print, OOH, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting sales targets- MBA or relevant degree preferred
