Job Description

YUVA EXIM is hiring an experienced Export–Import Operations & Business Development Executive with minimum 2 years of experience. The candidate must handle end-to-end export & import documentation, customs clearance, shipment coordination, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare export documents – Invoice, Packing List, COO, Phytosanitary, Insurance, Fumigation.
Handle FCL, LCL, and Air shipments.
Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, suppliers, transporters.
Manage import documents – pre-alerts, OBL/Telex Release, Bill of Entry.
Attend business enquiries, follow up with buyers, convert leads into orders.
Share product information, pricing, and shipment updates with customers.
Maintain MIS, costing sheets, and shipment records.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in Export–Import Operations (mandatory).
Experience in handling client leads and business enquiries.
Strong knowledge of logistics, CHA process, and documentation.
Excellent English communication & follow-up skills.
Good Excel and email skills.

Qualification:

Any degree (Logistics/EXIM/MBA preferred).
