Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term business relationships, especially in the education sector (schools, academies, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through market research and outreach (calls, emails, field visits).
• Pitch and demonstrate our AR-based educational solutions to schools and partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to the sales and product teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend local events, exhibitions, and school meetings as required.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings and school visits.
