Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn about business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Should have industry connections, especially with new age companies
• Prior experience in Inbound and Outbound Sales
• Preferable in Real Estate and Branding
• Prior experience working with start-ups will be preferred
• Build potential customer connections on LinkedIn
• Bring creative ideas on board to achieve the desired objective
• Take a lead on building a social media network using the LinkedIn profile of the company.

To ensure leads:

• Have speed in proposal so they can close (under 24 hour response time)
• Retain and ascend (30% KPI)

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program.

- Strong interest in digital marketing and business development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
