Job Summary:

We are looking for a goal-oriented and proactive Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in our banking operations. This role involves identifying prospective clients, promoting banking products, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales and customer engagement. The candidate must have min 1 year of experience in “Gold loan sales”

Key Responsibilities

1. Acquire New Customers for Gold Loan Products

  • Conduct regular field visits in assigned areas to source new customers
  • Generate business through referrals, local contacts, and market visits
  • Identify potential customers and educate them about gold loan benefits
  • Build a strong local network to increase walk-ins and lead flow

2. Explain Gold Loan Features & Benefits

  • Clearly explain interest rates, tenure, loan value, and repayment options
  • Address customer queries and concerns with confidence and clarity
  • Help customers compare products and choose suitable loan options
  • Ensure transparent communication to build customer trust

3. Achieve Monthly Gold Loan Targets

  • Meet or exceed assigned disbursement and revenue targets
  • Plan daily and weekly sales activities to achieve monthly goals
  • Track performance and follow up on pending leads regularly
  • Work proactively to improve conversion ratios

4. Build & Maintain Customer Relationships

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
  • Follow up with customers for renewals, top-ups, and referrals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
  • Handle customer issues professionally and ensure timely resolution

Daily Reporting & Sales Updates

  • Maintain daily records of field activities, leads, and conversions
  • Submit regular sales and performance reports to the reporting manager
  • Update CRM systems with customer and lead information
  • Share market feedback and competitor insights with the team

Skills Required:

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Gold Loan sales (NBFC / Bank / Financial Institution)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Willingness to work in field sales
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of banking / loan products

Qualifications:

  • Min 1year loan sales experience (Mandatory)
  • Plus Two / Any Bachelor’s Degree
