Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term business relationships, especially in the education sector (schools, academies, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research and outreach (calls, emails, field visits). Pitch and demonstrate our AR-based educational solutions to schools and partners. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities. Prepare reports and provide feedback to the sales and product teams. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Attend local events, exhibitions, and school meetings as required. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented. Willing to travel locally for client meetings and school visits.
