We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to help manage RFPs, tenders, client interactions,

and support technical teams with clear specifications and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

● Review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders for IT projects and services.

● Conduct requirement analysis and discovery sessions with clients and internal

stakeholders.

● Translate client requirements into functional specifications and project

documentation.

● Create wireframes and process flows to support UI/UX and development teams.

● Act as the primary liaison for client communication, ensuring clear understanding

and timely updates.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project estimation, planning,

and execution.

● Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

● Ensure all documentation (SRS, BRD, use cases, etc.) is maintained and aligned

with client expectations.

● Support QA teams in validating deliverables against requirements.

Required Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

● 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services domain.

● Proven experience working on RFPs and tenders.

● Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile

methodologies.

● Hands-on experience in creating wireframes using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or

Adobe XD.

● Excellent documentation and communication skills.

● Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in working with government or enterprise tenders.

● Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related project management is

a plus.
