Senior Business Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Business Data Analytics to lead our data-driven decision-making efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep analytical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills to drive insights that contribute directly to the company’s growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Analytics Leader: Drive enterprise-wide data strategy across product, marketing, finance, operations, and customer experience. Translate complex business problems into actionable insights through scalable analytics, forecasting tools, and ROI-focused models. Leadership & Project Delivery: Lead and mentor high-performing analytics and BI teams. Manage cross-functional projects globally, set and achieve OKRs, and foster a results-driven culture. Data Infrastructure & Engineering: Oversee design and optimization of data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks ). Ensure data quality, governance, and automation in collaboration with engineering teams. Reporting & Insight Generation: Build and maintain real-time dashboards ( Tableau , Power BI , Metabase) and conduct deep-dive analyses— cohort analysis , churn prediction , LTV segmentation, attribution, and product usage funnels—to deliver actionable insights that drive executive decision-making. Requirements: Strong command of SQL , Python , and data modeling ( Star/Snowflake schema, SCD, normalization techniques) Proficient in BI and statistical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and R Experienced in ETL development and orchestration tools (e.g., SSIS, Airflow) Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams ( 4–10+ members ) Industry experience in fast-paced, data-driven sectors like E-commerce, Health Tech, Retail, or BFSI. Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with CXOs, product, operations, and engineering teams. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering. • MBA or Executive Education in Business Analytics/Data Strategy is preferred. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) are a plus.
