Role Summary

Senior Brand Manager


Key Responsibilities

1.

Brand Architecture & Narrative Development

  • Strengthen the Ananta master brand and its sub-brands through unified messaging and differentiated storytelling.
  • Craft property-specific narratives that highlight heritage, wellness, wildlife, design, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the founding family to align brand expression with the legacy and future vision of the group.


2.

Content Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the content calendar across all Ananta digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and B2B handles.
  • Translate brand campaigns into digital-first storytelling experiences.
  • Guide editorial, influencer, and PR content to ensure tone, voice, and visual identity are consistent and compelling.


3.

Performance Insight & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze brand health metrics (reach, recall, sentiment, engagement) and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Benchmark against key competitors in the luxury wellness and eco-tourism segments; track trends in ESG-conscious travel, destination weddings, digital nomadism, and experiential luxury.


4.

Influencer Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Curate influencer journeys and collaborative campaigns.
  • Build long-term partnerships with creators, artists, and mindful lifestyle leaders that align with Ananta’s ethos.
  • Design influencer briefing kits and content KPIs to ensure authentic storytelling and strategic ROI.


5.

Platform Management & Digital Presence

  • Own and optimize Ananta’s presence across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Partner with digital agencies to amplify content via SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Ensure consistency across OTA listings, partner sites, media mentions, and third-party content.


6.

Sustainability, Wellness, and Community-Driven Brand Integration

  • Ensure that sustainability initiatives, wellness programs, and local collaborations are woven into brand storytelling.
  • Track and present brand impact stories—like biodiversity support, conservation and zero-waste initiatives—to internal and external stakeholders.


Ideal Profile

  • 6–10 years in brand management, content strategy, or hospitality marketing, ideally within luxury, eco-travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality trends, sustainability narratives, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills; ability to brief designers, writers, and agencies.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data tools, reporting platforms, and insight development.
  • Passionate about nature, design, and curating meaningful guest experiences.
