Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of branding strategies for Maa Homes and its projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in communication or creative agencies, with the ability to guide design and content teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand positioning strategies for the company and its real estate projects.

Work closely with the creative, digital, and content teams to ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines.

Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals including brochures, social media content, site branding, and campaign assets.

Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms — digital, print, and on-site.

Manage project-wise branding — from naming to launch campaigns.

Monitor market trends and competitors to keep branding strategies relevant and differentiated.

Support the sales and marketing team with branding inputs for lead generation and customer engagement.

Skills Required:

Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to brief and guide creative/design teams effectively.

Good understanding of digital platforms and content strategies.

Experience in handling real estate or lifestyle brands is a plus.
