Job Description

Senior Brand Manager

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business goals.
  • Own brand architecture, positioning, and tone of voice across touchpoints.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and category analysis to identify brand opportunities.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign development.
  • Manage NPD (New Product Development) launches, seasonal promotions, and consumer activations.

Consumer & Market Insight

  • Interpret consumer trends, preferences, and insights to steer brand decisions.
  • Conduct regular research studies (Usage & Attitude, concept testing, brand health tracking).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, R&D, Packaging, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver brand objectives.
  • Partner with finance and supply chain teams to track brand P&L and optimize costs.

Digital & E-commerce Integration

  • Build brand presence and salience across digital platforms and e-commerce channels.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to support D2C and online retail strategies.

Innovation & Product Lifecycle

  • Identify white spaces and lead the innovation pipeline development.
  • Drive end-to-end project management from concept to shelf.

Team Leadership (if applicable)

  • Mentor and manage junior brand managers or interns.
  • Foster a performance-driven, innovative team culture.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, preference)
  • Volume and value market share growth
  • Campaign ROI and engagement scores
  • NPD success rate and speed to market
  • Budget adherence and marketing spend efficiency

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • 812 years of brand management experience in F&B and/or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and consumer insight skills.
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling products/brands.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Exposure to digital and D2C ecosystem is a strong advantage.
