Delhivery is India's largest fully integrated logistics services provider. With its nationwide network covering over 18,600 pin codes, the company provides a full suite of logistics services such as express parcel transportation, PTL freight, TL freight, cross-border, supply chain, and technology services to Businesses of all sizes as well as consumers. We are now looking to strengthen our Marketing team with Brand Managers who can take on growth challenges by understanding customer needs, designing and executing campaigns that deliver business goals.

Responsibilities

• Align branding and marketing to business objectives
• Ensuring consistent messaging and develop brand positioning across all channels
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Delhivery brand, including advertising, events, and sponsorships to grow Delhivery's market share
• Guide Brand Communication: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and sales enablement to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Manage the brand marketing budget effectively ensuring ROI on marketing investments made
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, design, sales, product, support and operations to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies with overall business objectives
