Role Overview

Marketing Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, offline, influencer, OOH)
• Manage coordination between internal teams (design, sales, PR) and external agencies/vendors
• Oversee brand compliance and collateral production across properties
• Track marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and vendor payments
• Help with event planning, influencer onboarding, and content production logistics
• Monitor performance reports, social media insights, and campaign analytics
• Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and asset archives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing/branding/agency/client servicing roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Google Workspace; knowledge of Meta/Google Ad dashboards is a plus
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and collaboration
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
