Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the brand strategy across Media.
• Create, execute, and manage marketing calendars and campaigns for the brand
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities across the target geos globally.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing strategies and plans. Closely work and manager external agency partners to deliver results
• Lead communication development on the brand covering all channels like Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social media platforms.
• Build IPs and create a pipeline of content & ideas to be promoted across channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
• 4 to 6 years' brand management or marketing experience on working on new age brands
• Experience of working in Global markets like LATAM, South East Asia and MENA is a plus
• Exposure to the creative development process, including multi-media campaign creation and execution, media planning and digital planning etc.
• Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibility
• Has an analytical bent of mind and is able to understand data
• Cross functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholders
• Experience of working in an unstructured environment and a strong bias for action
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
