What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing across formats: long-form interviews, documentaries, Reels/TikToks, brand films, and startup founder stories.
• Crafting narratives that strike the right balance between

  brand presence and authentic storytelling

• Collaborating with the Creative Director to brainstorm and execute new content formats.
• Bringing in tasteful transitions, pacing, and rhythm that elevate every piece of content.
• Working with motion graphics (basic After Effects) to enhance edits.
• Organizing and maintaining clean timelines, footage libraries, and project files for smooth collaboration.
• Adapting edits for different platforms — understanding short vs. long form, vertical vs. horizontal.
• Occasionally supporting on shoots and production when needed.

You Should Know How To

• Edit confidently on

  Adobe Premiere Pro

• Work quickly, cleanly, and independently — with minimal hand-holding.
• Create edits that feel intuitive, polished, and platform-ready.
