Job Description (JD)

Raj Group is hiring a skilled Video Editor to produce high-quality digital video content including explainers, interviews, and long-format stories. The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects, and should have a strong understanding of modern visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit premium videos: explainers, interviews, long-format specials
• Manage timelines and ensure daily output
• Collaborate with producers for smooth script-to-edit workflow
• Add transitions, sound design, colour correction, basic motion graphics
• Guide and mentor junior video editors
• Operate the camera during shoots when required
• Coordinate with the motion graphics team for required visual assets

Job Specification (JS)Experience

• 2–4 years professional experience in video editing

Software Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced
• Adobe After Effects – Basic knowledge

Core Skills

• Strong multi-layer editing ability
• Excellent visual storytelling
• Basic motion graphics skills
• Good sound design & colour correction
• Newsroom or digital media experience preferred
