Customer Care Executive – Raj Group, Bhopal

Experience: 2 Years
Location: Bhopal

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails & walk-ins.
  • Resolve queries related to bookings, payments & documentation.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts & site teams.
  • Assist in agreement, registration & possession processes.
  • Prepare daily follow-up and MIS reports.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & customer handling.
  • Good coordination & follow-up skills.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word).
  • Real estate experience preferred.

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)Salary: As per company norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
