Job Summary

PwC’s Digital & AI Strategy practice, part of the Corporate Technology Strategy group, is seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in helping corporate clients navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape. This position requires a combination of strategic insight, digital fluency, and hands-on problem-solving skills to help corporate clients align technology and AI strategies with business priorities. You will work closely with clients to define multi-year digital and AI transformation roadmaps, design technology operating models, and unlock business value through emerging technologies, architecture modernization, and data-driven decision-making. As part of the Advisory team, you will support delivery from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping client goals in mind. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards. You will focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of business contexts, and inspiring teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Craft compelling client-ready storylines, synthesize options & trade-offs, and support engagement shaping (scope, estimates, plan) with pursuit teams
  • Advance the latest thinking in AI with data driven story and impactful PoVs to drive though leadership for PwC's clients
  • Lead discovery & assessment: run interviews/workshops, synthesize pain points, size value pools, and assess AI readiness (data, people, process, governance).
  • Translate findings into a prioritized AI roadmap with clear sequencing criteria and a crisp “where to start/why now” narrative for executives.
  • Facilitate client education: design and deliver art-of-the-possible sessions, curate use-case catalogs, and socialize adoption playbooks to accelerate value capture.
  • Partner on governance guardrails: align recommendations with Responsible AI, privacy, data residency/localization, and security considerations.
  • Stand up light program governance (workplan, RAID, dependencies), and track business value (cycle times, quality, service levels, workload/cost/FTE mix).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

  • Core consulting skills
  • Quantitative analysis and comfort with large data sets
  • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written (PowerPoint and Word) and verbal presentations with Clear, concise storytelling (bonus for dashboards in Tableau/Power BI); comfort coordinating multi-workstream delivery across time zones.
  • First principles thinking; can take existing knowledge and experience and apply it in relevant ways to the client situation
  • Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs and enterprise AI patterns; strength in business case development, value sizing, and roadmap sequencing.
  • Bringing together the right perspectives, identifying roadblocks, and integrating feedback from clients and team members
  • Supporting the development of thought leadership materials to further your knowledge and build new client relationships
  • Teaming with others, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback
  • Ability to leverage generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency, deliver rapid insights, and support data-driven analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree – MBA or equivalent (from Tier 1 B-Schools only) with bachelor’s in engineering or technology
  • 4–6 years in strategy experience with 1-2 years in AI Strategy with hands-on assessment/diagnostic experience and exec-level facilitation.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs and enterprise AI patterns; strength in business case development, value sizing, and roadmap sequencing.
  • Nice to have: exposure to data governance/privacy/localization, Responsible AI, and Human+Agent operating models
