Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Accounts and Finance Head to oversee the full spectrum of financial planning, supply chain finance, logistics costing, and compliance for our group of HORECA-focused trading and manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in international procurement (India & China), factory financial operations, and supply chain finance, and be capable of driving business performance and ensuring robust financial governance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise the leadership team on key financial and commercial decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

2. Procurement & International Trade Finance

• Manage financial aspects of procurement from China and India.
• Liaise with suppliers and banks for LCs, import documentation, and forex handling.
• Optimize payment cycles, working capital, and risk coverage for imports.

3. Factory Finance & Costing

• Oversee factory finance operations including cost accounting, BOM-based costing, and inventory valuation.
• Implement and monitor financial controls across production units.
• Ensure accurate reporting of production costs and overhead allocations.

4. Accounting, Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations (GST, VAT, Customs, etc.).
• Supervise statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting.
• Manage direct and indirect tax planning, returns, and assessments.

5. Logistics & Supply Chain Finance

• Monitor cost control across supply chain and logistics operations.
• Evaluate landed cost analysis and freight efficiency.
• Work with logistics teams to minimize cost leakages and enhance accountability.

6. Systems, Controls & Automation

• Drive digital transformation in finance using ERP systems (Tally preferred).
• Establish internal controls and SOPs across finance, procurement, and warehousing.
• Oversee financial dashboards and KPI reporting for operational visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in group of companies, preferably in trading, import/export, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience in international procurement (India/China) and factory finance.
• In-depth knowledge of import-export finance, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong ERP skills – working knowledge of Tally
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
