Job Title: Zonal Head – Sales Department: Sales Industry: HORECA Location: Puzhal,Chennai Core Duties: Lead and manage overall sales operations across the assigned zone/region for the HORECA vertical. Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with overall company goals. Directly manage and support Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and field sales executives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in international procurement (India & China), factory financial operations, and supply chain finance , and be capable of driving business performance and ensuring robust financial governance. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Advise the leadership team on key financial and commercial decisions. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. 2. Procurement & International Trade Finance Manage financial aspects of procurement from China and India. Liaise with suppliers and banks for LCs, import documentation, and forex handling. Optimize payment cycles, working capital, and risk coverage for imports. 3. Factory Finance & Costing Oversee factory finance operations including cost accounting, BOM-based costing, and inventory valuation. Implement and monitor financial controls across production units. Qualifications & Experience: CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification. 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in group of companies, preferably in trading, import/export, or manufacturing sectors. Proven experience in international procurement (India/China) and factory finance. In-depth knowledge of import-export finance, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks. Strong ERP skills – working knowledge of Tally Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Attributes: Exposure to HORECA supply chains and B2B goods distribution. Ability to work in a high-growth, multi-location environment. Experience managing cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, logistics).
