Industry: Distribution | Logistics | Supply Chain .Experience: 15+ years in senior leadership (CEO/COO/GM level)Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with market trendsIdentify new markets, product lines, and partnershipsChampion digital transformation (automation, data analytics, ERP/WMS)Financial StewardshipFull P&L ownershipDrive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and EBITDA performanceOversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital investmentsOperational ExcellenceOptimize warehousing, logistics, inventory, and last-mile deliveryLead lean initiatives to improve service and reduce costEnsure regulatory, safety, and sustainability complianceCommercial GrowthStrengthen customer and supplier partnershipsLead pricing strategies and sales/marketing expansionTeam & CultureBuild and mentor a high-performing leadership teamFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and DEIInspire employee engagement and operational excellenceStakeholder RelationsCollaborate with the Board, investors, and key external partnersRepresent the company in industry forums and negotiations.

What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor's in Business/Supply Chain (MBA preferred)Experience:15+ years in distribution/logistics leadershipProven success in scaling businesses ($50M+ revenue)Expertise in P&L, operational turnaround, and market expansionSkills:Strategic, analytical, financially savvyStrong leadership and negotiation skillsAgile, tech-forward decision-maker
