Role: This is a 360° leadership role. You will not just manage; you will build.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients (Lead Generation).
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content) to SMEs and startups.
• Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Manage client relationships to ensure retention and upsells.

2. Operations & Strategy

• Define the agency’s service menu and pricing strategy.
• Set up internal workflows, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and reporting structures.
• Oversee the daily execution of client projects to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) to ensure the agency stays profitable.

3. Team Building & Leadership

• Hire, train, and manage a team of freelancers, interns, or junior specialists (content writers, designers, ad experts).
• Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure quality control of all creative output.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on results and creativity.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in client servicing or business development is a massive plus.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Paid Ads.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
